How do Women Get to Attend the Women's Leadership Institue?
Women may be nominated by one of our Community Partner Agencies to be considered for admission. Women are usually nominated by a program manager, case manager, or therapist. Nominated women will go through an interview and selection process to determine if they will be invited to participate.

YWCA of San Diego County - Our Fiscal Sponsor and Partner
The YWCA provides women and families with the shelter and services they need to escape homelessness and domestic violence. Our menu of programs and services - including residential programs, counseling, legal support and career assistance - are designed to accommodate the physical, emotional, intellectual and social services needs of homeless women and families as well as those facing domestic violence issues.

Center for Community Solutions
It is the mission of the Center for Community Solutions to end relationship and sexual violence by being a catalyst for caring communities and social justice.
